Root (~/Code) contains ONLY producer namespaces (@ct/@mc/@quinn) + support buckets. Kind-orgs never appear at root — they nest one level down under a producer: path is ~/Code/<producer>/<kind-org>/<repo> (e.g. ~/Code/@quinn/ @packages, never ~/Code/@packages).
