Natalie 0be283818d fix(api/vip): encode impersonation content key as base64url ... The auth verify endpoint returns the content key as base64url and the SPA stashes it verbatim into vip_content_key, where the decrypt path expects base64url. Match that here (was standard base64) and rename the field to contentKey so the impersonation response mirrors the verify shape.
