Natalie b798b15d70 feat(promo-banner): per-banner entrance animation ... Add an animation field (none|roll|marquee|flip) to promo banners: types + const list, an idempotent migration adding the column (DEFAULT 'none') and a separately-applied CHECK constraint, repo read/create/update plumbing, and the admin draft/patch zod schemas.
