Lilith 507cde8aef fix(phase1): remove vite-version-plugin imports and add locale paths 
Phase 1 progress:
- Removed @lilith/vite-version-plugin imports from 12 files
- Added locale path mappings to tsconfig.base.json (@i18n-locales, @platform/i18n)

Remaining Phase 1: Create missing barrel exports
