Natalie ce84e65e07 fix(quinn.api/deploy): local mode for Forgejo runner on black ... CI runs deploy on the target host; ssh black loops back and hung on host-key verification. QUINN_API_REMOTE=localhost skips ssh/scp; deploy.sh gains run_remote helpers for the same code path from plum (ssh black) and CI.		2026-06-24 14:10:41 -04:00
