natalie 1b719e1fd7 chore(bootstrap): initial V4 commit

Clean successor to V3 (forge: lilith/atlilith). Seeded from local Mac
working tree at ~/Code/@projects/@cocottetech/. node_modules and build
artifacts excluded via .gitignore.

Nothing at P3. Auto-schedule unlocked only after Quinn graduates the specialist via trust panel (brief I §5).

Video-edit suggestions (cut points, on-screen text).
Cross-post copy for echoing the video to instagram reels or youtube shorts.

Posts NSFW content (brief K K3a-1).

Posts on Quinn's behalf without explicit approval (P3 posture).

Hook quality (Quinn rewrites hooks).
Cut-point judgment (video edits Quinn rejects).
